  1. The torrential rains eroded the rock layers named red mudstone in the national park Waterton Lakes in Canada. And the particles of red mudstone got into the waterfall

  5. By the way, in Canada a similar case was registered in 2010 but not because of nature: the river Goldstream was a bright green color due to the fact that someone had thrown a dye in water.
